Why we built Aqili Next
Accounts receivable is the financial heartbeat of a parking operation, yet the systems that run it — IntegraPark Paris, T2, Flash, HUB — were designed around month-end batch cycles, closed data, and no API. Teams wait for the batch to know where they stand, key data between systems by hand, and work around the cases the software never handled: mid-month proration, employer/parker charge splits, lockbox checks, deposits, and refunds.
We started from a simple conviction: monthly parking revenue should run live, on an open platform, with AI doing the repetitive work and people staying firmly in control. So we built the accounts-receivable platform we wished operators had — modern, multi-tenant, API-first, and agent-native from the ground up.
How we think about AI
Aqili Next ships a Copilot and a set of specialist agents for collections, reconciliation, onboarding, late-fee review, and audit. They read live data to answer questions and draft work — but they never act on their own. Agents propose; a human approves. Every action that would change data becomes a reviewable proposal, and every run is recorded so the work is auditable and replayable. That's how AI earns a place in a finance team's workflow.
Migration without the rebuild
Switching systems shouldn't mean starting over. Our onboarding adapters import locations, accounts, parkers, and open invoices from legacy systems in one run, so operators can cut over with their history intact — no re-keying, no spreadsheet purgatory.
