What comes over
An adapter run imports the records that make up your live AR:
- Locations and their configuration
- Accounts, including corporate accounts and charge splits
- Parkers and their agreements and rate codes
- Open invoices and outstanding balances
The migration process
- Extract — we pull data from your legacy system using the appropriate adapter.
- Map & validate — records are mapped to Aqili Next's model, and the Onboarding agent flags anything that needs a decision.
- Dry run — review the imported data in a staging view and confirm balances tie out before going live.
- Import — commit the run; your operation is live in Aqili Next.
Cutover
Because open balances and history come across, you can cut over without a gap. We'll help you plan timing around your billing cycle so the first run in Aqili Next picks up exactly where the legacy system left off. See the billing guide for how the first cycle works.
