Reporting
Live aged balance, open invoices, rate-code usage, and parker lifecycle — exportable and over the API.
Overview
Reporting in Aqili Next is live. There's no month-end batch to wait for — aging, open invoices, and rate-code usage reflect activity as it happens, and everything is exportable and available over the API.
Aged balance
See receivables bucketed by age (current, 30, 60, 90+) across your whole portfolio, and drill into a single account, location, or rate code. This is the report your collections work and the Collections agent both run from.
Open invoices
A live list of everything outstanding, filterable by location, account, and due date — so you always know what's owed today, not after a close.
Rate-code usage
Understand how rate codes are distributed across parkers and locations — useful for pricing decisions and for spotting agreements that drifted from policy.
Parker lifecycle
Track parkers from sign-up through changes and termination, including starts, stops, and rate changes that drive proration — a clear picture of churn and growth per location.
Exports and the API
Every report exports cleanly, and a GL export produces journal entries your accounting team will accept. Because the platform is API-first, you can also pull the same data programmatically — see the API reference.
